Developed by Gaëtan Del Boca in the 1970s, at a time when the cleaning injunction was bringing Parisian buildings out of the grime that had often accumulated since their construction, façade restoration is one of Atelier Del Boca's historic activities. Twice awarded a prize (The Renovation of city of Versailles Prize in 1999 and 2009), the company specializes in historic monuments and listed buildings.

Del Boca carries out prestigious renovations, working on the entire facade and managing all the trades involved in restoration, from roofer to gummer, not forgetting the stone sculptors.

For over 60 years, Del Boca's masonry skills have enabled it to offer its customers and partners a wide range of services: demolition, structural reinforcement of floors and partitions, micropiles and stringers, collaborative floors, acoustic screeds, cement or plaster partitions, thermal and acoustic lining, removable and fixed false ceilings, marble and various types of tiling.

All these services are carried out with the same exacting standards and mastery of craftsmanship as gilding on panelling.
