Restoration of the listed decorations and plasterwork, restoration of the missing parts, creation of the so-called old plaster decorations, plasterwork, recreation of the main stairwell in stone stucco, restoration of the façade: plaster and lime, cut stone, masonry. The renovation coincides with the 160th anniversary of the jeweller, which has resurrected the wonders of a building classified as a historical monument since 1930 while bringing the atmosphere of a family home.
